As part of the Cognigy.AI brand refresh, Cognigy aimed for a modern, approachable design that offered plenty of customization. Used by major global brands like Bosch, Lufthansa, and Daimler, the web chat widget needed to reflect a premium look and feel. Through workshops, we defined key requirements and focused on developing a fully responsive, highly adaptable design—ensuring seamless integration with each customer’s branding.

Building on the brand’s core principles and values, we introduced a new design language that redefines its aesthetics, icons, color palette, and typography. Rounded shapes, soft edges, and a vibrant royal blue, modern and digital-first, give the chat widget a fresh, approachable feel. The Figtree typeface enhances clarity while adding a human touch. A subtle background gradient, paired with bold black accents, brings depth and energy, giving the widget a contemporary, distinctive character.
