The new OMV identity turns transformation into a visual language. At its center, the Loop symbolizes motion and renewal — continuous, balanced, and forward-looking. The color palette bridges heritage and modernity, combining depth and vibrancy to express energy in all its forms. Photography and illustration bring warmth and emotion into the system, translating complex ideas with visual clarity. The custom typeface, born from the Loop’s geometry, carries the brand’s confident tone across every touchpoint — creating a cohesive experience that feels clear, human, and full of momentum.

With a brand refresh for their platform Cognigy.AI in mind, Cognigy was looking for a modern, friendly design that would leave enough room for customisation. The web chat widget is used by large international brands such as Bosch, Lufthansa, Daimler and many more. So the standard design had to reflect this and should feel like a premium product. Based on these requirements, which we worked out in workshops, our aim was to develop a fully responsive design with the greatest possible customisability so that the customer's branding could be easily reflected.

Dynamic and flexible, my work on the widget redesign reflects the digital age. Blending quality and sophistication with fun interaction, the new design creates an engaging experience. The webchat widget adds a fresh, innovative touch to Cognigys appearance and will fit beautifully on all other brand pages.
